  • Can I get an estimate over the phone or email?
    We have thousands of saved jobs for all of the most common repairs for most Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche models. This allows quick over the phone estimates for many requests. When researching aftermarket part pricing or looking for upgrades email is our preferred method for estimates as this allows for more streamlined communication with potential customers.
  • Do you provide loaner cars or shuttle services?
    We do provide our trusty Prius as a loaner car which is provided on a first come first serve basis. If a ride needs to be arranged to or from the shop, please reach out to our front dest manager for available options.
  • Do you use genuine or aftermarket parts, and what warranties do you offer on repairs?
    We use a combination of genuine and aftermarket parts to ensure all the vehicles we work on get only the best possible parts and fluids. Auto Union Tuning sourced parts are backed by our 12k mile or one year warranty.
  • Do you offer any discounts, promotions, or loyalty programs for regular customers?
    We have monthly sales and deal promotions offered spanning anywhere from maintenance services on suspension, fluids, tires and engines. We also offer exclusive offers for our customers enrolled in our emailing list.

    Updates are provided via text, email, or phone calls. We allow our customers to choose what is best for them.
  • What kind of warranties do you offer?
    All repairs and maintenance come with a full parts and labor warranty for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Can you work with my insurance company?
    We work with all insurance companies for many different types of claims from wiring damage, pothole or curb damage, all the way to bolt on body panel repairs.
  • Can I wait for my car while it is being worked on?
    While we always encourage drop off appointments, we have a waiting room with free WiFi for all those quick services.
  • Do you sell tires and wheels?
    We have accounts with all the local tire warehouses and can beat or match tire pricing anytime. We offer Road Force testing for no additional charge with every wheel and tire we balance.
  • Can I bring my own parts?
    We do not allow outside supplied parts as we are unable to provide any sort of warranty when we are not providing all parts and labor.
  • What performing tuning services offer?
    We offer full CARB legal tuning support for most VW, Audi, Porsche and BMW models.
